About

About WORTHHH

When the baby is welcomed, the mother still needs care.

Women’s Oasis for Rejuvenating Therapies and Holistic Health Healing, Inc. (WORTHHH) supports Black mothers through the first year after birth with culturally grounded emotional-wellness tools, guided reflection, healing circles, peer community, and connections to trusted resources.

Our mission

To help mothers move toward holistic recovery by nurturing emotional wellness, resilience, self-compassion, and renewed vitality throughout the postpartum journey.

We believe postpartum care should see the whole mother—not only her symptoms, responsibilities, or baby.

What makes WORTHHH different

  • A full-year focus: support designed for all 12 months after birth.
  • Start where you are: mothers can begin during any postpartum month.
  • Culturally grounded care: Black mothers are centered, seen, and heard.
  • Connected support: workbook, companion app, healing circles, resources, and community work together.

Meet Tasha Lewis

WORTHHH grew from Tasha’s lived understanding of how deeply a mother’s emotional well-being can shape a family.

As the second of three children, she saw the strain motherhood can place on a woman when meaningful postpartum support is missing. Her relationship with her own mother was difficult through childhood and for years afterward. Healing came slowly, especially after the loss of her father, and revealed how unaddressed pain can echo across generations.

Tasha created WORTHHH so mothers would have more places to be honest, receive practical support, and begin healing without shame. Her goal is not to romanticize motherhood. It is to make sure the woman inside the role is not forgotten.

You are seen. You are held. You are WORTHHH.
